RETURN & REFUND POLICY – LUMARISX™

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lumarisx.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
